This is a multiplayer S.H.I.E.L.D.-centric deck focused on Homeland Intervention for thwarting. Ghost-Spider will be mostly defending, and her abilities will only come into play as you have resources for them.

Homeland Intervention is a free card for up to 6 threat removal.
Use Vigilante Training to return these to your deck as it gets smaller and smaller for up to 7 Homeland Intervention uses per deck run through (up to 42 threat removal!).

S.H.I.E.L.D. allies only for use with Homeland Intervention, reduced cost via Government Liaison, and damage prevention via Field Agent. Agent 13 readies Helicarrier to refund her cost and with a THW of 2 should be a prime target for Field Agents. Agent Coulson has a reduced cost by bringing Counterintelligence to your hand (for use as a resource to refund some of Coulson's cost). Monica Chang pulls one of your Surveillance Team's out and adds a counter to each (adding 4-6 threat removal) and bringing/keeping more S.H.I.E.L.D. cards out for Homeland Intervention. Beat Cop for the steady and consistent threat removal in addition to Surveillance Teams and your allies. Field Agents, Government Liaisons, Surveillance Teams, and allies can all be exhausted for use with Homeland Intervention. Skilled Investigator for Card Draw.
