This deck utilizes the S.H.I.E.L.D. suite of Justice cards to provide formidable thwarting capabilities, freeing Cyclops to do his base thwart as well as put out his Upgrade Attachments and blast away enemies with his optic blast.
Thwarting: Homeland Intervention, Tactical Brillance, Surveillance Team, Overwatch, Agent 13
Damage: Rocket Beam (AKA: Ricochet Beam), Dum Dum Dugan, Full Blast, Quake, Exploit Weakness, Sky-Destroyer
Use cards like Government Liaison, Helicarrier to aid you in using Homeland Intervention, Global Logistics, or help to play out those SHIELD cards you have in hand, which will trigger Sky-Destroyer.
It is really quite fun to play, can be used Solo, and provides adequate coverage in Multiplayer games. A Similar strategy can be used with Aggression if you so choose. You can utilize Tac Team in such a deck.
