Y'all gotta do betta than that, Sugah!

This started as a tweak of the Rogue preconstructed deck.

The goal of this deck is to break the enemy's fist with Rogue's face.

Nerves of Steel will pay for a number of your defensive events. X-Gene and Deft Focus are there to help pay for Rogue's excellent suite of character events.

Prioritize getting the upgrades in play. On a good turn, Rogue will Defend away the enemies entire attack, deliver three points in return (retaliate from Touched, a point from Flow Like Water, and one from Electrostatic Armor. Then draw a card with Unflappable, remove a threat using Hard to Ignore, and trigger the rider from Desperate Defense, Not Today!, or Never Back Down.

You might even use Preemptive Strike on a turn when Rogue is already "tough" in order to trigger all your upgrades yet again.

If you get Gambit in play, try not to let him die. This way, you can use Superpower Adaptation to fetch your own events. Iceman fills a similar role for recovering Protection events.
