Note: this is my first decklist so I apologise for any inconsistencies in explanation.
Purpose of the deck if you only have ten seconds: Get Vivian), become a champion, play "Go for Champions!", ignore all damage, use Superpower Adaptation to bring "Go for Champions!" back, laugh as you deflect all damage.
If you have a bit more time: Ok, firstly I need to thank @journeyman2's Touchin' Me, Touchin' Blue deck for inspiration. There are a lot of similarities if you've played that deck and I've stolen a few techniques he uses.
This deck is definitely a bit of an experiment. It's not the most competitive solo, although multiplayer it can be beyond powerful (I'll explain later). What I thought I'd do is go through each card to explain its purpose, starting with the allies. It should begin to make sense as you go.
Kaluu's job is to make Rogue a Mystic and an Avenger. That way she can play The Sorcerer Supreme and Quincarrier
Beast is there to let you play Ingenuity
Note: You will still need to attach Touched to the ally to gain the trait.
Nick Fury and Professor X are buffers. They help out in a pinch but that's kinda all they're there for. Also Fury lets you churn cards faster (which is important to the end goal of this deck).
And finally, Vivian. You're not gonna want her out until you can cycle "Go for Champions!". Once you can, attach Touched, play "Go for Champions!", sit back, and laugh as the villian bursts into tears.
Now for the supports and upgrades: The X-Jet, Helicarrier, Quincarrier, Avengers Mansion, Clarity of Purpose, X-Gene, Ingenuity, and The Sorcerer Supreme are all there to give you resources and let you draw more cards (you're going to need them). And Down Time and Endurance are just there to let you take hits early on (it can take a moment for this deck to set up).
The other two are Utopia which is there when you cycle Professor X or Beast to give you a bit more attacking or thwarting power late game. And Weapon X, which lets you cycle through your deck late game for those all-important Superpower Adaptation.
Oh, and The Triskelion is helpful to have when you have two allies Kaluu and Vivian who don't really do anything active. With The Triskelion you can still play two allies each turn to do stuff, like Nick Fury and Professor X (remember, you're working with like six resource generation cards so there's a lot you can do each turn).
Right, that's the preliminaries. Now onto the main event.
You have about 20 cards left in your deck after set-up and with Nick Fury and Avengers Mansion you see 4 more. It won't take long before you have "Go for Champions!" in your hand. If you're smart, you'll also have saved Superpower Adaptation too. But if you haven't come across it yet you will next turn.
You attach Touched to Vivian. You use three resources to pay for "Go for Champions!". You and Vivian become invincible. You're still touching her so you play Superpower Adaptation to bring "Go for Champions!" back into your hand.
Note: My record for repeating this is five turns in a row. That's five turns with no damage done to me. I could have done more but I had won the game by this point. Also, he was stunned and confused. But I'll get to that now.
At this point you should still have four cards in your hand and three resources to use (note: Clarity of Purpose of purpose won't work after playing "Go for Champions!" because you have to damage yourself to use it and oh wait, you can't damage yourself. Make sure to use it first or just have it for early game. Also X-Gene is specific to hero events so you can't use it to pay for "Go for Champions!".
I guess it's good news most other events are hero specific, right? Once you're invincible you can do what you want. You can use Make the Call to bring back the professor to confuse the villian, you can bring back Fury to draw more cards and gather more Superpower Adaptation for later. Or you can use any of her awesome events to deal 8 damage or 5 threat. Or, if you're really lucky with draw you can attach to Vivian, do all the champion shenanigans, then play Energy Transfer to attach Touched to the villain, then play Goin' Rogue to remove 5 threat (Vivian is aerial so you still have that trait) and confuse the villain (because now that you're attached to the villain you have retaliate and that lets you confuse the villain using Goin' Rogue's secondary trait.
And that's it. You cycle through your deck slowly from this point, keeping the cards you want and using Superpower Adaptation to make sure you always have "Go for Champions!" in your hand. If you ever don't you'll probably have Bulletproof Belle or will have at some point stunned the villain using Southern Cross.
Possible Substitutes: The beauty of Rogue is her versatility. I've explored this deck with Reboot (given that you're attached to Vivian who is an android. You can play a few ally buffing cards or ally retreaval cards. Kaluu lets you play other mystic cards like Summoning Spell and Professor X helps you make use of Cerebro if you want.
Multiplayer options: Like I said earlier, this deck is fun but it's not the best for solo. You're gonna take a battering before you can get the chain going. If you do then your damage output is slow. The best way to play this deck, I believe, is multiplayer. This is especially true if you're playing with someone who is also a champion. You get to block their damage too and can even steal their "Go for Champions!" if you're lucky. And if they aren't a champion you can still have Vivian take their damage or use Bulletproof Belle to negate that damage.
You can always work together to sub cards more tuned with your playstyle and who is actually playing. The world is your oyster. Now go, go for champions, and watch as you deflect all damage coming your way for turns on end.
