The Unstoppable Colossus

"I used to wonder how he could do such monstrous things...Now I only wonder how he could ever stop"

In order to stop a super buffed version of the Juggernaut, Colossus had to take his place as the Avatar of Cyttorak.

Adding to his armor form the ability to become virtually unstoppable. What does it mean as a marvel champions character ? You keep on attacking, get ready and attack again. Don't stop!

Battle Fury, Limitless Stamina and Bulletproof Protector are the best tools for this purpose.

We also count on Utopia to get one more ready per turn. And this also give you one attack/thwart with an ally before it dies protecting you from an attack, allowing you to keep your tough cards more consistently. Forge and Build Support will help you get Utopia quickly.

I strongly recommend asking a leadership team mate to play Uncanny X-Men for you. Reducing some of your allies cost to zero with Team-Building Exercise.

Don't forget to talk with your team, you get to trigger utopia from their x-men allies as well! And you may ready other characters.

Battle Fury deals 1 damage. Losing tough to 1 damage is usually not great, but sometimes it is worth it to ready yourself. Once Iron Will is in play, losing that tough card to battle fury can actually become an upside.

Tenacity is not a priority at all. It will most likely be used as a ressource most of the time. But if the game lasts long enough, you should have enough ressources to spare. However, if one of your team mates play X-Mansion, I guess you could replace Tenacity with X-Men Instruction and/or Mutant Education. But I don't think it's worth playing X-Mansion yourself because your allies are not here to stay. Your team mates could be the ones playing Build Support and even Utopia to make your deck list more consistent.

Keep in mind that you can have 2 Thw and even 3 if you coordinate with a justice player. Depending on the situation, you don't have to use all your ready to attack, you can thwart if necessary. You could also use your many allies and ready effect to defend your pals.
