X-Force Mission Completed: X-themed decks for all NeXt/Wave 7 heroes in every aspect vs X-pert NeXt Evolution!
Synopsis:
-
Constantly loop Professor X with Pixie using Worthington Industries & Cerebro.
-
This deck has plenty of Psionics to ensure you're always able to use Cerebro to search your entire deck. Psylocke and Fantomex can easily stay on the board throughout their game with their ability to heal. Metamorphosis allows you to use Cerebro much easier.
- With Pixie, pull Professor X from your discard.
- With Worthington Industries, pull Pixie from your discard and shuffle her back into your deck.
- Then with Cerebro, pull Professor X from your deck.
- Hypothetically, you can pull both if you like.
-
Moxie is a really versatile card in this deck since you're always able to use it and there are readies with Psylocke & Soaring Hearts. A Turn 1 Superpower Training into Techno-Organic Wings feels really good for 1-cost total (3ER).
Cards:
Events:
- Moxie - Since you're constantly flipping, you're always able to play this card. I love being able to clear Player Side Schemes on my first turn. With all the ways to ready, you're getting great use of this card. Defending in Archangel form for DEF 4 isn't horrible either.
Player Side Schemes:
- Superpower Training - Vital to Angel and this is always a priority to make sure you get Techno-Organic Wings.
Allies:
-
Pixie - Use her to pull Professor X from discard pile. She can also pull Forge if you haven't gotten Cerebro on the board yet.
-
Professor X - Does a ton of work in this deck. He confuses so you can go to alter-ego, is a great chump-blocker, and he thwarts for 3. He's able to take out a PSS by himself.
-
Fantomex - Along with Psylocke, a Psionic that can easily stay on the board with EVA ensuring you can use Cerebro.
-
Sunspot - Combos nicely with The Power of Flight.
Upgrades:
-
Inspired - Since we have a few allies that we want to keep on the board, this card works well.
-
X-Gene - Helps with Angel's higher than average number of events.
Supports:
-
Cerebro - Grab Professor X or Forge. Metamorphosis will allow you to flip to alter-ego quickly and grab him.
-
Weapon X - Allows you to filter through Angel's deck with Worthington Industries. You're also able to heal that 1 damage ping with Angel's Alter-Ego ability.
-
Team-Building Exercise - Traits are X-Force & Aerial.
Player Side Schemes:
- Superpower Training - Vital to Angel and this is always a priority to make sure you get Techno-Organic Wings.

Deckbuilder Profile: Try a different deck!
- Author: dr00
- Deck: Late Stage Capitalism Unleashed - This is a very different deck that I really like, which is much more Aerial-focused. A really creative write-up as well.
