Colossus - Crisis/Overwatch (Fastball Special)

This deck happens to be the perfect companion to Wolverine in a Fastball Special duo, but it's also just a great standalone deck. If you aren't playing with a Wolverine teammate, just swap out the Fastball Special for a third copy of Mutant Education or something generically useful like Skilled Investigator or The Power in All of Us.

Your goal with this deck is to flip every turn, though I would stay in Hero form an extra turn if I'm sitting on 2 tough cards. Both player side schemes here are great for your setup, and both are exceptionally helpful to a Wolverine teammate. Superpower Training gets Iron Will first and Titanium Muscles second. For Specialized Training you probably want THW, as you're the guy at the table playing yellow. Once you've got X-Mansion built, Mutant Education can really make your deck sing. I'd prioritize shuffling Armor Up as often as possible. This is also a really good Moira deck.

Crisis Averted and Overwatch is the main thwarting combo, allowing you to chunk down the main scheme and kill a side scheme all at once. Your basic THW stat also gets up to 4 THW with all upgrades in play.

Hope Summers can grab a free Bulletproof Protector, a free Made of Rage, or a free Armor Up to save for the villain turn. Those are some great options for a frequently-overlooked ally!

If your team/scenario demands a little more thwarting, you could cut X-Mansion and 2x Mutant Education for 3x Lay Down the Law, and at that point I'd probably add Sense of Justice to get the most value out of your 6 those thwart events.
