This is an AE-focused She-Hulk deck. The focus is getting a fleet of SHIELD cards to be an engine for Homeland Intervention.
Use Vigilante Training to reload Homeland Intervention.
Use Followed to reload Monica Chang to reload your SHIELD engine of Surveillance Teams. You can also take advantage of Hellcat from AE.
You shouldn't stay in AE every turn necessarily. Your best play is go into the villain phase holding on to Split Personality in hero form, planning on switching back to AE with the full hand.
Foiled! + "I Object" should stem the tide of scheming while in Jennifer form.
