Spectrum BoB

This is a Brains Over Brawn build for Spectrum, who when fully upgraded will have a THW of 6!

It's important to note that Sonic Rifle is a placeholder for Heroic Conditioning, which comes in the Wonder Man pack in February (hopefully February lol)

Soaring Acrobatics will let you thwart for 7 (which is honestly probably way too much in Solo), but then your THW is still only 6 when you play Brains Over Brawn.

Also, even if you're in Gamma but have all of your upgrades on, you can still THW for 4 (5 with Soaring Acrobatics), but it behooves you to stay in Photon because your Energy Duplication will generate the resources you need to "kick" For Justice! and Multitasking.

Since this deck is only running 3 allies, Chance Encounter is really helpful to find the one you want.

@Kole101 Thanks! I don't often proxy cards, but I'm going to proxy Heroic Conditioning until I get a "real" copy of it! This cycle of CONDITION cards has been SO good that they're almost auto-includes for me now.
