Cindy Moon has become a big-time reporter and is constantly getting the latest scoops from her associate in Cable News using her Cell Phone.

Fellow Genius Moon Girl provides her expertise on a wide range of topics. Maria Hill and Nick Fury are her sources from the government.

Cindy's Investigative Journalism partner Peter Parker helps her out in both reporting and hero work.

Silk also has her sharp ally X-23 to handle any minions that get in her way.

Overview

The key idea behind this deck is to boost ally stats with Righteous Purpose and keep the ones with strong abilities around with Advanced Suit and Unified Strike.

Righteous Reporting with Cable (News)

The signature combo of this deck is repeatedly clearing Get the Scoop with Cable for consistent extra card draw.

• Whenever Cable clears a side scheme, you get to draw a card and when he has 1 HP with Righteous Purpose, he can clear all 4 threat from Get the Scoop himself.

• Mission Leader lets everyone draw a card when a side scheme is cleared when Silk is in hero form once per turn. Cell Phone allows you to call Cable to clear a side scheme during the 1st player's turn to maximize the usefulness of the card draw.

• With Advanced Suit, you can discard a card to keep Cable alive before he takes the consequential damage that would defeat him.

• Unified Strike can boost his thwart for bigger side schemes and avoid consequential damage altogether.

• J. Jonah Jameson can bring back Get the Scoop when in alter-ego. So Silk will ideally flip most turns to maximize this combo.

Righteous Reporting with Peter Parker / Spider-Man

• Investigative Journalism is always fun to pull off so keeping Spider-Man around is nice.

• Unified Strike with Spider-Man boosts his activation without dealing consequential damage while also readying Silk with his response ability.

Righteous Rip-porting with X-23

• At 1 HP with Righteous Purpose, X-23 can rip into minions for 5 damage and if that defeats them, ready herself.

• Similar to Cable, she can use Advanced Suit to heal and avoid the consequential damage that would defeat her. She doesn't draw cards like Cable, but 1 card to defeat a minion and a ready to potentially defeat other minions is still really good.

• And Unified Strike can boost her attacks when needed too.

Some Notes on the Rest of the Deck

• Suit Up helps pull Advanced Suit for Cable or X-23. Only 1 copy to not clutter the deck when fully setup.

• Since you want to keep Cable, Spider-Man, and X-23 around, The Triskelion helps play the other allies.

• Moon Girl, Maria Hill, and Nick Fury are your solid allies with card draw.

Solo Adjustment

• Cell Phone(s) aren't as useful outside of multiplayer. Could be subbed for First Aid(s) to activate Spider-Man more often for readies. Or other allies. Or upgrades for X-23 to hit harder.
