It's not secret that Iron Man is one of the worst solo heroes in the game.
He takes so long to set up, and without certain Justice cards, the villain may have completed their final scheme before you've even flipped over once.
The solution: More tech. With 3 Plasma Pistol and 3 Sonic Rifle, you'll now have 13 tech upgrades to choose from to get your hand size up to an acceptable level with 2 turns on alter-ego.
Since you'll be on the Tony Stark side for two turns, you can use your mulligan and Futurist to get as many Tech Upgrades as you can in that time. You'll also want to play Counterintelligence and Foiled! as much possible to keep the threat down.
Once you flip, you'll be doing crazy amounts of damage from Repulsor Blast because this deck has 28 energy resources. Enjoy!
I couldn't put the full description in because the database seems to only allow a certain amount of text before it errors out. So here's a bit more:
With Quincarrier and Pepper Potts, you'll have all the resources you need to get the Aerial Trait from [Rocket Boots]. (/card/01039).
Getting the Arc Reactor and Heroic Intuition means [Iron Man] (/card/01029a) can thwart for 6 each round. This helps to get you 2 points of healing every time you use [Making an Entrance].(/card/20013).
Add the damage from Supersonic Punch and Repulsor Blast, and you should be able to off easier villains with ease. Maybe even an expert one or two.
