BAILANDO CON LOBOS

El objetivo de este mazo es tener 4 aliados recurrentes, que una vez se pongan en juego no abandonen la mesa nunca. Y con la construcción de mazos de Adam Warlock de jugar con todos los aspectos, este objetivo es más facil que nunca de conseguir. Además, también permite construir combos que solo se pueden ver con Adam Warlock. Con este mazo, Adam Warlock está roto.

COMBOS:

  • Tu primer pensamiento con este mazo debe ser jugar a Agent Coulson y Respuesta rápida. Estas dos cartas son básicas para que funcione el mazo. Usas dos veces a Coulson y lo usas para defender. Lo rescatas descartando Respuesta Rápida, y recuperas Respuesta Rápida a la mano.
  • Bicho + Inspiración. Bicho es un aliado eterno en mesa. Atacas o intervienes de 2 y luego le curas el daño atacando con Adam Warlock.
  • Halcón Estelar es otro aliado infinito. Excepto en el turno en el que lo bajas, puedes usarlo 2 veces por turno, una atacando de 2 y otra interviniendo de 1.
  • Jack Bandera. Es el único aliado no infinito, pero lo puedes usar hasta 6 veces, quitando en total 6 de amenaza y haciendo 6 de daño.
  • Salvaguarda Cósmica + Magia Cuántica. Salvaguarda Cósmicaes una de las cartas más potentes del juego al poder de anular cartas de encuentro. Por eso debemos usar la Magia Cuántica para devolverla a nuestra mano siempre. Podemos, literalmente, jugar sin tener que resolver ninguna perfidia del mazo de encuentros.

TIPS:

  • Las cartas básicas del mazo son: Agente Coulson, Warlock's Cape y Cosmic Ward. No dudes en deshacerte de cualquier otra carta al hacer el mulligan para conseguir estas cartas en la mano inicial. Con Adam Warlock ciclas el mazo tan deprisa, que las que descartes las vas a volver a robar enseguida.
  • Si consigues el combo Agente Coulson + Respuesta rápida no vas a necesitar defenderte el resto de la partida, así que usa las cartas verdes con la magia de batalla de Adam Warlock para curar a un aliado (preferiblemente Jack Bandera y así se vuelve infinito). Además puedes robar hasta dos cartas y prepararte, si ya tienes en mesa la capa y los sentidos místicos.
  • El mazo es de 44 cartas porque quería probar las 4 cartas de las entidades cósmicas. Si quieres dejarlo en 40 cartas, son las primeras que quitaría.

DANCING WITH WOLVES

The goal with this deck is to have 4 recurrent allies. Once you play them, they will not be out never. And, as Adam Warlock's deck construction forces you to play with all aspects, this goal is easier to achieve than ever. And it also allows you to play combos that only Adam Warlock can. With this deck, Adam Warlock is OP and beyond.

COMBOS:

  • Your first thought must be to play Agent Coulson and Rapid Response. These 2 cards are essential for the deck. Use Coulson to attack or thwart and then use him to defend. Then, bring him back into play with Rapid Response, and add Rapid Response to your hand using Coulson's ability.
  • Bug + Inspired: Bug is an eternal ally in your play area. Attack or Thwart for 2 and then remove 1 damage from him attacking with Adam Warlock.
  • Starhawk is another infinite ally. Except on the round you play him, you can use him twice per round, one attacking for 2 and other thwarting for 1.
  • Jack Flag. He's the only not infinite ally, but you can use him up to 6 times, causing an amount of 6 damage and removing 6 threat.
  • Cosmic Ward + Quantum Magic. Cosmic Ward is one of the most powerful cards in the game, as it has the ability to cancel treachery encounter cards. For that reason, you should play Quantum Magic to bring it back to your hand. You will be able to, literally, play without applying effects from treachery cards.

UPGRADES:

  • As you will have up to 5 allies in play, and you'll have them forever and ever, you'll get a lot of benefit by playing upgrades to raise their basic stats. Boot Camp and Team Training get all of them +1 ATQ and +1 hit point at once. Inspired should be played on Bug. And with Armored West, Heroic Intuition and Godslayer you improve Adam Warlock who, theorically, will be activated twice during your turn.

TIPS:

  • Essential cards in this deck are: Agent Coulson, Warlock's Cape y Cosmic Ward. During the mulligan, feel free to discard any other cards to get these cards in your starting hand. With Adam Warlock, you'll cycle the deck so fast that the ones you discard you will soon draw them again.
  • If you get Agent Coulson + Rapid Response combo in play, you will not need to defend anymore, so you can use green cards with battle mage to heal damage from an ally (ideally from Jack Flag and then he becomes an infinite ally). In addition, you'll draw up to 2 cards and ready Adam Warlock if you have played Warlock's cape and the mystic senses.
  • There are 44 cards in this deck because I wanted to test the 4 cosmic entities. If you want to play with 40 cards, these 4 are the first I would remove.
