Cable - Lucky Shot

This deck allows Cable to play like Domino but retain his massive psionic thwart and attack events.

Get Domino out early with Call for Backup, Make the Call, or Caliban. Use her power to swap a card from your hand with the top card of your deck. Ideally, you'd place Digging Deep, White Fox, or any double resource card. Remember that card, because you'll want to discard it using Sharpshooter with Plasma Rifle, and amp that Lucky Shot up even more with a Directed Force event.

Additionally, take advantage of Domino's power or Atlas Bear, to make sure Cosmo never takes any consequential damage. Caliban and Gamora (played with Call for Backup or Make the Call) keep Domino and your best events always coming back to your hand. Bounce either of those allies back into play with Rapid Response.

I imagine this deck will get even better in a couple days when Domino can officially be made Cable's Sidekick with the release of Age of Apocalypse.

Spread out those X-Force Recruit cards to take full advantage of Uncanny X-Force and limit consequential damage as much as possible keeping Domino going for most of the game.

End the Villain and his plans with Cable's signature Mind Scan and Telekinetic Blast.
