Your Alter-Ego Action lets you exhaust to search for a BLACK PANTHER or TECH upgrade (which will typically be one of hers, but MIGHT be Reinforced Suit if the timing is right) and play it, reducing its cost by two, and your Hero Response lets you resolve the Special on a BLACK PANTHER Upgrade you control after using a Basic power. I wanted to be able to do both on turn 1 (or any turn), and Ready to Rumble allows me to do that. Even if you have to play Ready to Rumble later, it can sit on the able until you're able to use it.

BUT that's not the only reason to run Ready to Rumble! Even with Queen Ramonda in play, sometimes you'll want to make a Basic Recovery instead of (or in addition to) using her for healing, because this is a Sidekick deck, and a Basic Recovery heals T'Challa too. RtR lets you Recover (healing both of you), then flip up and ready so you can use a Basic Attack or Thwart to resolve a SPECIAL.
