It's in the title, but I'll say it again. This deck is not for the faint of heart.
This deck is built around one card that I fell in love with instantly when I saw it.
That's right. Soul World.
This strategy is gonna wreck your deck until it wishes it had never been born.
We have Call for Aid with no Avengers allies, we have Caliban with no allies he can target. We are going to load Soul World with counters to make Warlock IMMORTAL!!!
You will need out Symbiote Suit and Endurance to bump your health gain up to eleven!! And being immortal has A LOT of bonuses.
The Pool resources can get you lots of resources when you are at full health, and Great Responsibility can basically be your crutch if things get bad. What Doesn't Kill Me and Healing Factor can heal you in hero form. Zone of Silence, Summoning Spell, Deflection and Shield Spell all discard cards from your deck, which only increases your chances of pulling White Fox and Digging Deep. Use Build Support to pull out Soul World as quick as possible.
There are some cards that you are probably judging me for including, but trust me, it works. Here is a more detailed explanation:
-Under Surveillance is here to give you some extra wiggle room with the main scheme
-Sonic Rifle is so you can confuse the villain when you flip down
-Defensive Training can pull out a green card, which can be used as a resource, for Warlock's Battle Mage ability, or to play. A particularly good pull is Shield Spell.
Cause this is an Adam Warlock deck, unfortunately there is no sideboard. SORRY :(

May 29, 2025Symbiote Suit and Soul World—what a classic combo! Love that you leverage the Pool resources here with that. Tank that damage! |
May 29, 2025I'd go with Second Wind over What Doesn't Kill Me as you've not got many physical resources (though his Karmic Staff would cover the cost if it's in play). |

May 30, 2025could add in Taunt, One Way or Another, Mulligan and another leadership card (Clarity of Purpose) if you don't mind going above 40. Second Wind is great as you can heal others too! |
I like this deck idea. It makes me want to play Adam Warlock. I've never been a fan of him, but this looks fun!
