This is a Troop Commander deck that uses minions (and Man on the Wall) as the fuel for greatness and damage.
Each minion standing in front of you is 2 effective resources (one from Man on the Wall and one from Bring It)
If playing solo, 1-2 minions is the sweet spot... but I've been playing it two-handed alongside green (mitigating the minion attacks with Pinned Down and Protection allies) and having some absolutely smashing turns while holding 4 minions in front of me.
The Rich Get Richer

- To begin, the three basic doubles and her two Energy Absorptions
- This makes it relatively easy to play high-cost supports Avengers Mansion, Quincarrier, Helicarrier, and Boot Camp
- Because keeping minions is the central theme, you should prioritize Man on the Wall as soon as you see it. As the game progresses, it will be more and more valuable.
- Carol's Commander ability and Captain Marvel's Rechannel ability both draw cards.
- Three copies of "Bring It!" usually draw at least one card (and if it doesn't, is still an energy resource for her).
- Because the goal isn't to defeat your minions, you're looking to keep ones without Guard or Patrol, who have only 1-2 attack.
- Angela can help you find the right ones, and I'd make sure she's in the discard pile when you shuffle your deck.
- Target Spotter is fantastic for negating quickstrike and pulling minions that other people reveal. If you're playing solo, I'd swap these 2 cards for Spoiling for a Fight.
Troop Commander

- Minions equal momentum. Once you have 2-3 minions engaged, Man on the Wall becomes a powerhouse generator, netting you a big discount on a card, if not free play.
- I think Troop Commander works best for this, and I've included a lot of high-value allies to flex this.
- There's probably a spot for Psylocke here, but I wanted to prioritize Energy resources.
- Hercules is a standout fun card, because he gets a double-discount (using Man on the Wall)
- This is setup to voltron Wolverine with Attack Training and Sidearm.
- Tough cards from Throg and Thor, with Professor X and Nick Fury as chump blockers, Captain Marvel can usually avoid the Villain's attacks entirely. She might have to defend a minion attack or two, but the reward from is usually worth it!
- I usually ended up using her basic activation for thwarting, along with Professor X and Nick Fury. If playing in solo, you'll need to make thwarting a priority. If multiplayer, well... only if your teammates can't.
- Damage output is good, between All the allies with +Attack, Photonic Blast, and Energy Channel, she can close on the Villain fast.
And that's the deck! I played expert Enchantress and expert Loki God of Lies alongside a protection deck, and whooped them both.
It worked well alongside this Falcon deck I published last week, but I'm working on a protection deck that I like even more. I'll link it below when it's done. Have a great day!

She's still one of my favorites :) I also run The Bellerophon in my CM Aggression deck!
