Treat this deck as an agression role-like deck with a decent ramp-up, very nice Cost-free extras (Pheromones, Cutupper, Get in Front of Me!, Not my Responsibility among other tricks) And decent self sustain (Contaminant Immunity, Healing Factor), and triple/double resources to ease the setup.

1.1 Try to catch Captain Marvel asap, so should she will soon become your permanent draw engine with incorporated 3 ATK/THW in exchange for an Alter-Ego REC every 2 turns.

1.2 Get Pandapool asap to start upgrading him. He will get a base of 5HP, 5ATK, 1THW, Ranged and two activations per turn (5+5 free dmg). But thats only the base: you can further temporary enhance his stats to up to 7ATK, 2THW, and can store up to 9x readies for further turns, plus 4 events that can also ready the Panda. (see more at point 2.)
The maximum potential, retaliate-free, damage of pandapool in a single turn will be of 83 points to the HP (counting a Get Rage-y); and with the other Get Ready events it can raise up to 104 damage.

4.1 One/two free, self sustainable hero/aspect card per turn via Finesse x2. Just Jessica's kit. Worth to note.

4.3 Twice potential Hero basic power per turn thanks to free (4.1) aspect cards + Stick-To-Itiveness. Its not our priority for setup, but a very nice duplication of 3-4 ATK/THW via Superhuman Agility

4.4 Blackout is our least priority but is free to put in play, thins our deck and serves as a very rare resource dump

5.1 Plot Convenience is in similar fashion to Resource Reserve but more flexible at the cost of being more expensive. RR is better but if there is nothing better to pay with a triple resource, go for it. Both can store aspect cards for you (or your teammates' use). Some worth to note examples: Inconspicuous for a justice mate, Pheromones for saving on turns when the villain is not already suffering statuses, Venom Blast or Cutupper for (more) damage oriented mates, any of the triple resources, R&D Facility if a teammate can pay the requirement for you, Get Ready or Get Rage-y for burst turns, even Resource Reserve if there is a Carol Danvers mate willing to share her Energy Absorption, Ambush to become avaiable at the very moment we need it to be played, and either Tic-Tac-Toe or Blackout to lend a mate one of our two resource sinks.

5.2 Leadership Skill is cheap and durable but can only be used once per turn, which loses value with a multiple-ready strategy type. R&D Facility, despite being expensive, can yield multiple benefits per a single activation.

5.3 Rapid Response + Negasonic Teenage Warhead or Lady Deadpool = 2x negated treacheries or minions. Unfortunately, the deck was in need to be thinned down.

5.4 Suit Up was included for a first turn tutor or a flexible tool to later refish cards from the discard pile (becoming less of a fuss to use point 1. cards for resources earlier). Since the other allies (5.3) were cut, valid targets left for this card were not worth its inclusion.

5.5 Resource Reserve: Self Control or Genius (to pay requirements of R&D Facility. After that, free resource for you and your team (or for paying your very expensive allies). Didnt get the cut since you can (almost) rely on Finesse for the R&D, which is anyway a late card to be played after your board has been setup. Clarity of Purpose was in the same line.
