Raise a massive army of allies that can activate without taking consequential damage. Use New Recruits to get allies that do not count towards ally limit to have 8 allies on the board.

New Recruits Army

Clear New Recruits to get the New allies into the game. Can play the Mutant that you pick from hand. Use Make the Call to put in play the other New allies. They do not count towards ally limit because we are X-Men and Mutant trait. They are cheap 2 cost allies with solid stats and effects. We can replay them with Make the Call but will prioritize keeping them in play. Strength In Numbers to draw when we don't want to exhaust ally for basic action.

Children of the Atom will make our characters X-Men, X-Factor, and X-Force to synergize with Utopia and Uncanny X-Force. Utopia can ready our hero or our allies for extra basic actions. Utopia increases our ally limit so that we can have out 5-8 allies depending on player count. Uncanny X-Force increases the thwarting allies do to side schemes. X-Force early is a great way to defeat player side schemes and keeps our allies around since they won't take consequential damage.

Mission Planning protects allies from taking consequential damage. Psychic Kicker powers up our allies for an additional activations. X-23 obliterate every minion on Mission Planning turns. Domino can stack Mission Planning on top of the deck when we draw more than one copy.

Unleashed

Allies have plenty of thwarting on the main and side schemes especially with the boost from Psychic Kicker. Phoenix focuses on defending for herself. Use our basic recovery and White Hot Room to stay healthy and put counters on Phoenix force. Rise from the Ashes and Telekinetic Shield protect us from damage, can also use our basic defense. Once we flip to Unleashed, then Telepathic Trickery can stun/confuse lock the villain. Noble Sacrifice is another way to keep our health up and be protected with toughs.

Player Side Schemes

New Recruits is the main goal of the deck. Clear it early to have targets for our Make the Call cards in the first deck cycle. Strength In Numbers can help us draw for faster build up once we've gottan all the New allies in play. Call for Backup, Build Support and Superpower Training are good PSS. Superpower training early is great for getting Rise from the Ashes in play to protect us from defeat since we take damage on our hero. Flipping to Unleashed early is great for powered up identity events. Build Support and Forge help us build up our X-Men support cards. Moira MacTaggert, The X-Jet, and IPAC provide plenty of resources and card draw.
