This deck is 100% inspired from a @gammabyte Venom deck, link listed below. This is just a Nightcrawler version.
The idea here is that you can cheat a second Laser Swords in on night crawler with Plot Convenience as long as you have a second "Pool" hero in the game with Laser Swords. The main boost to these swords will be Live Dangerously, which you will want to hold onto with Plot Convenience till your ready to become General Grievous. Thematically I picture Nightcrawler with a Darth Maul lightsaber held by his tail.
Priority #1 is Plot Convenience as this card not only allows you to get a second Laser Swords but can also store allies and Live Dangerously till your ready. Unlike @gammabyte's Venom version, night crawler needs a little more set up before he can use x2 Laser Swords. First you need to equip both Side Holster & Prehensile Tail.
The big play with this build aside from getting both swords equipped will be to abuse Vivian and Shadowcat as much as possible at the end of the hero phase to cancel the icons on Live Dangerously. Keep in mind though when playing Vivian you will also lose the extra card draw.
Symbiote Suit will allow you to at least have 1 icon active for your swords while giving you another +1 to all stats and hand size. to a total hand size of 9 alter-ego or 8 hero when Live Dangerously is active.
Side schemes:
-Build Support if drawn early should be used for Plot Convenience otherwise Utopia then The X-Jet.
-Specialized Training should be used for Combat Specialist to give you another +1 ATK and card draw.
Fully upgraded we can see Nightcrawlers base ATK get up to 11! and with utopia readying x-men, he should make quick work of any villain at that point.
The second Hero I chose for this build is a Pool/Leadership Spiderwoman who can utilize leadership cards as well to leverage the allies mentioned with Make the Call, Regroup and Suit-Up. Spider-Woman will also add "To Me, My X-Men!" to Plot Convenience which will be yet another way of keeping Shadowcat and or other x-men rotating.

With Laser Swords taking up two restricted slots, and prehensile tail giving you one more, how are you equipping a second Laser Swords with one open spot?
