Policy Updates from Director Hill: Plese destroy this current DEI policy and replace it with our revised DEI Policy manual. In field testing, to express our Strength in Diversity, to focus on a more diverse team, we did not need our basic resources and allow us to recruit those team members with Make the Call instead of Strength In Numbers.

Welcome, prospective hero. I'm Maria Hill, (She/Her) DEI Director of S.H.I.E.L.D. We are looking for a new class of S.H.I.E.L.D. agents who promote DEI: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. The more diverse you are, the more welcome you will be on our team!

Whether you are

• Mutant: Beast, Domino, Kid Omega, Gambit;
• Mystic: Adam Warlock;
• Vampire: Blade;
• Android: Vivian;
• or Bird: Hugin & Munin; We want you to express yourself as you are, and the more diverse you are, the better. Our most diverse agents are Vivian and Hugin & Munin. If you are a Mutant, you want some extra diversity, be sure to bring your Children of the Atom card.

All agents will become extra diverse when they become automatic S.H.I.E.L.D. agents as soon as I suit up.

DIVERSITY

We recruit diverse agents via our Diversity Special Funding, our Helicarrier, our Support Staff, as well as my private funds using Clarity of Purpose. [Believe me, that type of private funding hurts me personally. Through a Government grant, we use the $5 billion Helicarrier, The Circe, to recruit new agents at a moment's notice. Our The Triskelion HQ can assure we won't run out of spots on our team.

The purpose of this team is to use our Strength in Diversity to protect the world from threats and villains. The more diverse our team is, the more we can save the world. Our Mutants benefit from Children of the Atom to increase our diversity.

EQUITY

All our agents are treated the same, and will be used by our team to bring in additional resources with our Strength In Numbers. No team member will be treated more favorably than any other.

INCLUSION

But don't worry, not only can each agent do their own thing, but our S.H.I.E.L.D. Command Team will assist you in getting you ready for action over and over again. And of course, as we are a team, we use our Strength In Numbers to help recruit more agents or S.H.I.E.L.D. supports.
