This deck rocks. Or rather, it blasts, as in bolts of energy!

Constant resources & card draws, then combined with Mutant Mayhem, equals maximum output. Every card in this deck serves a purpose and synergizes really well with Captain Marvel and Mutant Mayhem.

Use Call for Backup to put one of the 4 cost mutant allies into play. Beast, Deathlok, Hope Summers, and Kid Omega are on board to trigger the Mayhem. When you use Mutant Mayhem to discard a X-Men and a X-Force ally and then play them with no additional cost, Beast will let you draw an Energy Absorption while Hope will find a Superpower card like Photonic Blast, Cosmic Flight, or Energy Channel. Deathlok can grab a Sidearm or Inspired to boost his stats, and Kid Omega is useful to deal one damage to each enemy, especially with all of the energy resources that Captain Marvel has at her disposal. If Mutant Mayhem comes into your hand while you don't have the required allies in play, then use the event card to fuel Energy Channel.

Nick Fury and Maria Hill are on hand for additional card draws while Vision's ally action will boost his THW or ATK when you spend an energy resource which seem to always be available.

Aside from Energy Absorption, Clarity of Purpose and Quincarrier will provide a wild resource to be used as an energy. Enhanced Reflexes provides additional energy. Resource Reserve is a great place to tuck left over resources or a place to use a tucked resource. Clarity of Purpose pairs incredibly well with the hero's Rechannel ability. Exhaust Clarity to take a damage and generate a wild resource. Then use that resource to trigger Rechannel to heal that damage and draw a card. Essentially, Clarity becomes the Captain's own Avengers Mansion and it only costs 1 resource to put it into play.
