Basically you are keeping the villain at bay until you can load up the Energy Channels and flatten him, often flipping to second stage and finishing him in the same turn. Once the Beat Cops are down, you cycle until you can play Channels and charge them up. Photonic Blasts are usually discarded early to get to the board cards, and later used to deal with high HP minions. The Quincarrier is used almost every turn to activate Rechannel.

Some cards probably ought to come out: Jessica Jones, For Justice!, Interrogation Room, Surveillance Team rarely ever see play. Stealth Strike didn't get played in the first several games, but against Risky Business and Mutagen Formula and Ultron they were key.

Mockingbird and Spider-Woman get played almost every time they come into hand. They buy you more time to get the deck cycled and play your key cards, or keep the villain off your back while you deal with minions and side schemes.

I like the idea of Quake, but I never allow minions to stick around long enough to make her worth it. She usually does an attack, then a block. Sometimes I keep her in play longer, but it never works out that she is as powerful as she should be.

I tend to play Cosmic Flight often, but it rarely matters. You want to have a little damage on you so you can use the Captain's Rechannel ability. I am almost never going to defend, so the Helmet is irrelevant, and if a side scheme comes out, there is usually a better way to deal with it than Crisis Interdiction. That said, I got both Flights out against Mutagen, and they saved my bacon.

I don't know if this is a good deck. I have played through Rhino, Klaw, Ultron, and both both Green Goblin scenarios on standard and expert with the recommended modular sets. I have not lost yet.

That sounds like a lot of fun! Under Surveillance doesn’t see much play for you? In the low threat threshold threat main schemes I usually need it, so that’s awesome! A very nice sounding deck!

Under Surveillance gets played almost every game. It can be a game changer. On standard it meant I was able to keep Ultron on The Crimson Cowl the whole game. However, it isn't a card I Mulligan for or sacrifice other board builders for. If I get it in an early hand and it does not stop me from putting out Avengers Mansion, Helicarrier, Beat Cop, or Alpha Flight Station I love to play it.
