ALERT: This deck is supposed to have the Colossus ally in it. I don't know how I forgot that.

Player Type: Johnny
Main Player Count: 2, 3
Can do: all player counts
Key Cards: Mass Attack, R&D Facility

Uncanny Coordination

Leadership only has three attacks (as of this deck's publishing). Of those three, two can be targeted by the claws. From those two, I wanted to see if we could make one of them work. So ya know what?! Let's do it.

Coordinated Damage

This deck centers on Mass Attack. We're gonna get some allies out there and start doing some crazy damage. While we're combining lots of attacks, let's bring in Fastball Special to keep the party going.

Uncanny Allies

Don't skip on playing allies. They help you pay for things, handle emergencies, and ramp up the damage from Mass Attack. If possible, get two 3 ATK allies out (Colossus, Gentle, or a lucky Gambit). Then the third (and Utopia extra) slot can be for whatever effect or 2 ATK ally you need.

Add Danger Room Training to any of the allies, but you get the most mileage from Colossus because of Fastball Special.

Chumping is for Chumps

This deck does not want you to chump block. There are times where it's beneficial (like, the ally has an "Enters play" effect, and you want them to make the shuffle), but you'll be toggling between defending for yourself or taking the damage head on. Actual activations are meant for solving board problems. Heal anyone you want to keep out with X-Mansion. Otherwise, exhaust allies to help pay for things through Organizational Support or exhaust them for big damage.

The End Game

Once you have three allies out, use Mass Attack each time. It'll start with 10 damage, but it'll average 12 damage. If you really get everything you want out, it'll do 17 damage (if you happen to get R&D Facility). It was fun to see this ally strategy work really well. Also, you can still do Wolverine things with Wolverine cards.

If you don't have Mad Titan's Shadow for Mass Attack, maybe pass on this deck, but if you're determined to enjoy a Leadership Wolverine, here ya go:

Here are some decks that can go along well with this deck. Make sure to make any changes to match (like remove your Colossus ally if someone is playing hero Colossus)

These decks keep getting more and more creative! Fastball Special with no Colossus!

@Castlefrank47 absolutely! you build great stuff. happy to link to it!

@MrSelfDestruct right?! it's super fun to do 12 damage for the price of 3 health (and with piercing!)

@tommycross thanks, man!

@turtles04 i need the biggest facepalm emoji possible. it's definitely supposed to have colossus in it (unless you are playing with the colossus hero)

@turtles04 @andyr it could be the duo game that we played since I ran colossus lol. Great catch haha
